Job summary

ServiceNow in New York seeks an experienced account executive to drive digital transformation by applying AI to work processes and demonstrating ROI for specialty solutions. You will influence territory strategy, support account planning, and ensure proposals align with Now Value principles in value-based conversations.

You will partner with the account team, coach other sellers, and engage customers and partners to envision value and win complex deals.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
7+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
Experience as an AE or in a sales/customer service role.
Understanding of business sales processes.
Travel required: 30-50%.

Responsibilities

Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution.
Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning aligns with Now Value principles.
Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy with account team, customers and partners.
Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and alignment.
Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
Customize time allocation of responsibilities to territory needs and celebrate successes.
