Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Account Executive to drive adoption of CRM and AI-powered workflows in financial services. Leverage industry knowledge to expand market success and position our AI-driven CRM as the backbone for enterprise transformation.

You will leadfront-office transformations, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Solutions Implementation partners to close opportunities across a broad territory.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or automate workflows.
• 7+ years knowledge enterprise software and/or specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
• Experience as a new logo hunter, Sr AE or Sr Solutions sales executive.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Travel required: 30-50%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy for high-value AI-driven CRM use cases in financial services.
• Prospect, qualify, and close net-new CRM opportunities with executive engagement.
• Partner with account teams and resellers to drive front-office transformation and value.
• Accelerate sales cycles by coaching AEs and Sales Development teams.
• Act as the Financial Services CRM authority within the territory.
