Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Federal CRM & AI, to lead transformation sales within US federal civilian agencies. You will drive adoption of AI-powered CRM solutions, manage territory strategy across key agencies, and collaborate with partners to close net-new opportunities while delivering measurable mission value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in enterprise software sales or specialty solutions in the public sector.
• Experience as a new logo hunter or Sr AE for US Federal Agencies.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% and to operate in a large enterprise sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy across DOT, GSA, USDA and Education.
• Prospect and grow pipeline in greenfield agency programs and expand CRM footprints.
• Close net-new opportunities by partnering with account teams, SI partners and resellers.
• Serve as the Federal CRM authority, coaching teams to accelerate front-office transformation.
