Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will craft concepts, direct production, write scripts, and edit video, using AI tools to move fast while elevating brand quality.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally in a growth or brand environment.
Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
Strong intuition for hooks, pacing, CTAs, and brand quality.

Responsibilities

Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social and video platforms.
Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while maintaining performance goals.
Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh and effective.
Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks that drive performance and brand equity.
Translate performance data into creative directions with media and growth teams.
Manage and guide agency and production partners; provide clear briefs and direction.
Edit video directly and iterate ads quickly without sacrificing quality.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
