Newmark is seeking a Senior Real Estate Appraiser to lead complex valuations of commercial properties for mortgage underwriting, acquisition, and portfolio analysis. The role requires independently preparing USPAP-compliant reports and mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Certified General Appraiser License, 3–6 years of CRE appraisal experience, and strong writing/analytical skills. The position is based in the United States and offers a base draw with commissions plus benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• Certified General Appraiser License is required.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Experience writing appraisal reports for complex properties.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; good client communication.

Mansioni

• Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties.
• Conduct market and comparable research; develop income, cost, and sales approaches.
• Present and defend conclusions to clients, lenders, and counsel.
• Oversee QA/QC and regulatory compliance; mentor junior staff.
• Engage in client meetings and support proposals and business development.
