Intuit, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Privacy & Data Governance to lead the data governance strategy across our data‑driven products.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will partner with Privacy Regulatory Compliance to translate requirements into practical data governance standards and controls. You will work with product, engineering, legal, and privacy teams to ensure new features are built on compliant, well‑governed data flows from the ground up and act as Intuit’s

Qualifications

• 10+ years in-house or law firm privacy/regulatory work.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into governance standards with engineering and product teams.
• Strong knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and familiarity with GDPR/PIPEDA.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data governance strategy and controls.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams.
• Translate privacy by design principles into data architectures.
