Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Assistant General Counsel – Privacy, Data Innovation & Protection to lead privacy strategy across data governance, PETs, and first-party data analytics.

Reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer, you will manage a global team and provide legal guidance to product, engineering and data science teams. You will translate complex regulations (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) into scalable policies, build guardrails and playbooks, and represent Intuit with Regulators and industry

Qualifications

Active bar admission and eligibility to practice law.
JD from an accredited law school; technical degree valued.
10+ years in privacy/data protection law, with 5+ in tech/FinTech.
Expert knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, GLBA, FTC Act §5, FCRA.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a global privacy team within the LCPO.
Counsel product, engineering, marketing, and data science teams.
Develop governance for adtech, first-party data, and PETs.
Translate complex regulations into scalable policies and outcomes.
Represent Intuit before regulators and industry bodies.
Drive strategic and technical privacy program improvements.
