Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel for Enterprise Privacy, you will partner with Privacy Regulatory Compliance and product teams to translate privacy requirements into practical governance standards and scalable controls. Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in privacy, regulatory and compliance work.
• Expertise in data governance, classification, lineage, and retention.
• Strong knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and GDPR familiarity.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical governance for products.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data governance strategy across product and engineering teams.
• Translate privacy requirements into scalable governance standards.
• Collaborate with Product Counsel and Privacy Product Counsel.
• Lead data mapping, classification, and retention programs.
• Stay current on AI/data governance trends and translate to architecture.
• Partner with Privacy Regulatory Compliance for aligned controls.
