You will lead governance workstreams and advise on privacy‑by‑design, ensuring practical data architecture that supports innovation while meeting regulatory needs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm.
• Depth in data governance including classification, lineage, quality, and lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and familiarity with GDPR.
• Technologically adept with AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into governance standards for product teams.
• Experience embedding governance early in the product development lifecycle.
• JD and active US State Bar in good standing.
• Willingness to operate in evolving data architectures and regulatory environments.
