Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and address compliance questions.
• Review and negotiate terms with vendors, open source providers, and partners.
• Advise on product development, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Partner, and Strategy teams to improve processes.
