Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal technology. You will report to the General Counsel and guide enterprise AI, product, and marketing strategy with practical legal solutions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Partner, and Strategy teams, monitor AI regulatory developments, and draft policy and contract language. JD + US bar and 6+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active US bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 6 years of in-house or law firm experience in technology.
• Experience with AI, data, and technology law issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and regulatory issues.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on contracts with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy teams.
• Monitor AI regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance.
