Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel for AI & Legal Technology to guide legal strategies around AI, product development, and regulatory changes. You will lead discussions across product, marketing, and partnerships to ensure compliant, scalable initiatives.

The role reports to the General Counsel and blends strategic insight with hands-on negotiations. The candidate will navigate domestic and international AI law, draft policies, and advise on vendor contracts while accelerating product

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Address legal and compliance questions across company products and business operations and with vendor products.
• Provide creative, strategic legal advice and business counsel to internal stakeholders; identify issues and solve them.
• Engage with customers to ensure they feel listened to and deliver results.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Strategy teams; improve processes and documentation.
