Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal tech. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Partner, and Sales to navigate AI regulation and translate complexity into actionable guidance.

This role reports to the General Counsel and requires a JD and bar admission, with experience in AI, data, and technology law to draft policies and review vendor agreements while guiding go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Deep knowledge of the AI regulatory landscape (US and international).
• Experience in technology transactions, privacy, IP or related fields.
• Ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyers and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development and marketing.
• Interpret AI law developments and industry trends to guide business decisions.
• Develop internal policies, framework terms, and contract language.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, partners, and collaboration agreements.
• Advise on product launches and go-to-market strategies with legal risk oversight.
