Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to act as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal technology matters. You will monitor AI law developments, draft policies, and negotiate with vendors and partners to enable fast, compliant product growth.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to align legal risk with business goals and drive scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and license to practice in the United States.
• Six (6) or more years of relevant in-house and/or law firm experience supporting technology initiatives including IP, M&A, privacy, and data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Advise on product development, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies with practical guidance.
• Review AI-specific terms in customer and vendor agreements and customer-facing materials.
• Develop internal policies, frameworks, agreement terms and best practices for compliance and speed.
