Job summary

Relativity in the United States seeks a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development, and legal tech across the business. You will draft and negotiate terms, shape policy, and guide cross-functional teams amid evolving AI regulation.

Significant experience with technology transactions, data privacy, and open source licensing is preferred. A JD and active U.S. bar membership are required; excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide creative, strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic issues.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver results.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Strategy teams.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with requirements.
• Demonstrate agility with AI legal technology tools and platforms.
