Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to guide AI, product development and marketing legal needs. You will track AI regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for the business.

You will craft internal policies, manage contract language with vendors/customers, and work across Product, Marketing, Partner, and Strategy teams to enable compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active bar in good standing in the United States.
• Extensive in-house or law firm experience with technology initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape and technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development, and marketing.
• Interpret AI law developments and translate into actionable guidance.
• Develop policies, terms, and frameworks enabling compliant fast growth.
• Advise on vendor/customer agreements and product documentation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, Customer Success and Strategy teams.
• Improve processes and leverage AI legal tech tools to increase efficiency.
