Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on AI, product development, and legal technology. You will advise on AI regulatory matters, vendor agreements, and product launches, working across Product, Marketing, and Strategy.

A JD and active US bar license are required, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. The role supports a fast-paced tech environment, with responsibilities spanning enterprise AI, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Solid proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and Contract Management Software.
Experience with AI-enabled products and technology transactions.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic issues and respond timely to inquiries.
Advise on product development, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies with practical recommendations.
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner, and Strategy teams to improve processes and documentation.
Demonstrate agility in using AI legal tech tools and identify effective tools for various purposes.
