Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to serve as the technical owner of Costpoint and related finance tools. You will lead complex configurations, manage integrations, and drive data-driven improvements across finance applications.

The role demands strong analytical and collaboration skills, with experience in ERP architecture and BI reporting. Hybrid work and remote options are available within approved states across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with admin, configuration, troubleshooting, and business analysis.
• Advanced Costpoint administration with module configuration, data structures, security management, and cross-module dependencies.
• Strong business and systems analysis, translating financial needs into technical configurations and enhancements.
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools; provide expert configuration and advanced troubleshooting.
• Lead technical and functional analysis efforts; translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections, middleware, ETL jobs, and data reconciliation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex system issues and cross-module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models for operation and leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to standardize workflows and enhance reliability.
• Mentor junior administrators; ensure documentation, testing, and design standards.
• Maintain system documentation for audit readiness and governance; support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
