Job summary
WPS Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance technologies, ensuring secure, stable and optimized performance for finance applications and integrations.
The role leads complex configurations, integration management, and advanced troubleshooting while carrying business-analysis responsibilities to ensure system improvements meet operational needs. Hybrid work with remote possibilities available.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP.
- Advanced Costpoint administration expertise.
- Strong business and systems analysis skills.
- Experience with Cognos or BI/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of middleware, ETL, API integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Costpoint and related finance tool administration.
- Translate business needs into technical configurations.
- Manage integrations and data flows via APIs and ETL.
- Investigate and resolve advanced system issues.
- Develop complex reports and data models.
- Drive automation and standardize workflows.
- Mentor junior admins and maintain docs.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
