WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to lead Costpoint and related financial systems, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance across finance applications and integrations.

The role drives complex configuration, advanced troubleshooting, and data reporting while partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable financial system solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Five+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and business-analysis activities.
• Advanced Costpoint system administration, including module configuration, data structures, security, and cross-module dependencies.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, design and configuration of solutions.
• Proven ability to design and implement system-based financial solutions (budgeting, forecasting, close, reporting).
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools; strong data modeling capabilities.
• Deep understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, and API-based data exchange.
• Hands-on experience with middleware, ETL pipelines, automation, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Progressive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and durable system designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to guide stakeholders and document work.

Responsabilités

• Lead system administration and technical ownership of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools.
• Drive analysis to translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues and cross-module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models for leadership and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardized workflows.
• Mentor junior admins, ensure solid documentation, testing, and design standards.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation for audit readiness and governance.
