WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance technology, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable operations. You will lead integrations, data flows, and advanced troubleshooting while guiding business analysis to align with operational needs.
The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, IT and leadership to deliver robust financial system solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Five or more years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in system administration roles.
- Advanced Costpoint system administration experience including module configuration and security management.
- Strong business and systems analysis skills, translating needs into technical configurations.
Responsabilités
- Lead system administration and technical ownership of Costpoint and related tools.
- Drive analysis to design scalable financial system solutions.
- Manage integrations, data flows, and cross-system data reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve complex system issues and data anomalies.
- Develop and validate complex reports and data models.
- Mentor junior administrators and document best practices.
