WPS Health Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance tools. You will lead complex configuration, manage integrations, troubleshoot advanced issues, and design scalable solutions for finance operations.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT and leadership, mentor junior staff, maintain system documentation, support Agile ceremonies, and drive automation to improve reliability and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in admin, config, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Advanced Costpoint admin expertise including module configuration and security.
• Strong skills in business and systems analysis and translating needs into tech configs.
• Experience designing solutions for budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness and reporting.
• Proficient with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and API-based data exchange.
• Hands-on with middleware, ETL, automation, and data integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related tools.
• Translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues and data anomalies.
• Develop complex reports and data models for operational and leadership reporting.
• Drive automation to standardize workflows and improve reliability.
• Mentor junior administrators and maintain system documentation for audits.
• Support Agile ceremonies with well-defined technical stories and dependencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
