Job summary

WPS—A health solutions company seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance tech, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance across all finance applications and integrations. You will lead complex configuration, integration management, troubleshooting and technical design, while also handling business-analysis duties to align enhancements with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in admin, configuration, troubleshooting, and business analysis.
• Advanced expertise with Costpoint administration: module config, data structures, security, and cross-module dependencies.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and translation to tech configs.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness, compliance, and financial close.
• Proven ability to develop, validate, and interpret complex reports and data models; Cognos or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administration and technical ownership of Costpoint and related finance tools.
• Translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections, middleware, ETL jobs, and data reconciliation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve advanced system issues and cross-module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports and analytics ensuring accuracy for leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize workflows, and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor junior admins and maintain thorough documentation and testing standards.
• Maintain comprehensive system docs for audit readiness and governance.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, defining technical stories and dependencies.
