Job summary

WPS—A health solutions company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to act as the technical owner of Costpoint and related finance systems. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize across ERP platforms while aligning with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable financial system solutions.

You will lead data integrations, build advanced reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in IS, finance, accounting, or related field.
5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms as admin / configuration / troubleshooting.
Advanced Costpoint system administration including module configuration and security management.
Strong business and systems analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping.
Experience with Cognos or similar BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools.
Lead technical and functional analysis to translate business needs into configurations.
Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
Identify, investigate, and resolve advanced system issues and cross‑module impacts.
Develop and validate complex reports and data models for leadership reporting.
Drive automation and standardization of workflows to improve reliability.
Mentor junior admins and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies with well-defined technical stories.
