You will lead integration management, data flows, and advanced troubleshooting while partnering with Finance, IT, and leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems, Costpoint expertise, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work is expected within Wisconsin, with remote options in approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with finance knowledge.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP as admin/configuration/analysis.
• Expert Costpoint administration including module config and security.
• Strong business analysis skills translating needs into tech changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administration and technical ownership of Costpoint and finance tools.
• Analyze requirements, design scalable technical solutions, and ensure stability.
• Manage integrations, data flows, and API-based connections across systems.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues and data anomalies.
• Develop complex reports and data models for leadership reporting.
