Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance tools, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance across finance applications and integrations.

You will lead configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting, partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver robust, scalable financial system solutions and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• ≥5 years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in system administration roles (config/troubleshooting/business-analysis).
• Advanced Costpoint administration experience (module config, security, cross‑module deps).
• Strong business and systems analysis—gathering requirements and translating into technical configs.
• Design and implement system solutions for budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness, and reporting.
• Proficient with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools for complex reports/data models.
• Knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, and API-based data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Lead system admin and technical owner of Costpoint and related finance tools.
• Translate business needs into functional config requirements and scalable solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Troubleshoot advanced system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models for leadership reporting.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Mentor junior admins and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
