WPS Health Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to serve as the technical SME for Costpoint and related finance systems, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance across all finance applications and integrations. This role leads complex system configuration, integration management, advanced troubleshooting, and technical design efforts.

The senior administrator partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver robust, scalable financial system solutions

Qualifications

• Five+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms (system admin, config, troubleshooting, business analysis).
• Advanced Costpoint administration expertise including module config, security, and cross‑module dependencies.
• Strong business and systems analysis—requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping.
• Experience with API-based integrations, middleware, ETL, and data reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related finance tools.
• Analyze business needs and translate into functional and configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Identify and resolve advanced system issues and cross‑module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports, data models, and leadership dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize workflows, and automate where possible.
• Mentor junior admins; ensure high standards for documentation, testing, and design.
• Maintain system documentation for audit readiness and governance; support Agile ceremonies.
