Job summary

WPS—A health solutions company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to serve as the technical owner of Costpoint and related finance applications. You will lead complex configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting while maintaining strong business-analysis focus to ensure system enhancements meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in system admin, config, trouble-shoot, and business analysis roles.
• Advanced Costpoint administration knowledge: module config, data structures, security, cross‑module dependencies.
• Strong business/system analysis skills: requirements, gap analysis, process mapping, translating needs into tech specs.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions for budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness, compliance, close, and reporting.
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools; ERP integration and API/data exchange expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to support stakeholders and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related tools.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis; translate business needs into configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL processes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve advanced system issues and cross‑module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models for operations and leadership.
• Drive automation to standardize workflows and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior admins; ensure documentation, testing, and design standards.
• Maintain thorough system documentation for audit readiness and governance.
