WPS Health Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related financial systems, ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance across finance applications. You will lead complex configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and analytics, partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems, Costpoint expertise, and strong BI/reporting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Advanced Costpoint administration expertise.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills.
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos administration and related finance tools.
• Translate business needs into functional configurations and scalable technical solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API-based connections and ETL jobs.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve advanced system issues across modules.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models for leadership reporting.
• Mentor junior administrators and improve documentation, testing, and design.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies with well-defined technical stories.
