WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tech. You’ll lead configuration, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting while guiding data-driven decisions across Finance, Accounting, and IT.

You will develop complex reports, validate data models, and mentor junior staff, ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Five+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in system admin, configuration, troubleshooting, and BI/analysis.
• Advanced Costpoint admin expertise including module config, data structures, security, and cross-module dependencies.
• Strong skills in business and systems analysis: requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, design.
• Experience developing, validating, and interpreting complex reports and data models (Cognos or similar).
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, API data exchange, middleware, ETL pipelines, and data reconciliation.
