Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator for our Enterprise Project Management team. You will develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes for large industrial and office projects globally, guiding PMs on budgets and procurement strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in cost estimating, international project experience, and proficiency with BIM, CostX, and iTwo, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management.
• Knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial facilities and related factors.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy.
• Experience with multiple contract types and pre/post-contract cost topics.
• International experience on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Provide cost estimates across project life cycles from pre- to post-contract.
• Support PMs with budgets, procurement strategies, and contracts.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Evaluate cost controls and forecasts to safeguard budgets.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with General Contractors.
