Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to manage cost estimates across global industrial and office projects. You will support project managers and the real estate team with budget definitions, cost controls, and value engineering.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 10+ years in cost estimating with international experience. Strong knowledge of BIM, CostX and RIB iTwo is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 10+ years in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• International experience on industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM and cost databases.
• Experience with BIM tools such as CostX, RIB iTwo.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Guide budgets for construction projects based on requirements, procurement strategy, and codes.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates through all project life-cycle stages.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts and reports.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with General Contractor.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager for overall success and growth targets.
