Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Certified Cost Professional preferred; must obtain within one year of employment.
• Knowledge of capital cost and services cost.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contracts.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Coordinate with Engineering to conform to the overall estimate plan.
• Develop quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty and verify quantities.
• Develops and applies unit rates to quantities and budgets.
• Prepare and coordinate cost reports.
• Collect and classify cost engineering data.
• Perform data analysis and development.
• Support the Project Manager / Supervisor / Manager as directed.
