Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified Cost Professional preferred; required to obtain within one year of employment.
  • Knowledge in capital cost and services cost; scope change management.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other project-control tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication; leadership and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Assists in cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
  • Prepares budgets, cost reports, and data analyses.
  • Coordinates with Engineering and other sources to support estimates.
  • Demonstrates cost problem-solving and innovative cost optimization.
