Job summary

Acuity - PT&C, LLC is seeking a Staff Cost Consultant to perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, leading quality reviews and directing assigned personnel. The role involves maintaining relationships with project personnel, especially discipline leaders and engineers, and supporting project schedules and goals.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or similar preferred; must obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Performs cost recording, reporting, and analyzing of standards, programs, and reports.
• Prepares budgets, cost reports, and data analyses.
• Maintains relationships with project personnel and discipline leads; provides guidance as needed.
• Leads project team members to maintain schedules and achieve project goals.
