Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support global occupier services. You will oversee cost estimating across pre- and post-contract phases, work with project managers and the real estate team, and leverage BIM/CostX to drive value. This role requires international project experience and strong command of cost databases.
The position offers a remote work arrangement across various locations and includes potential annual bonus eligibility based on performance.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes for projects.
- Guide PMs and real estate teams in defining budgets for construction projects.
- Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
- Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
- Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review cost forecasts and reports.
- Support value engineering and negotiations with contractors.
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager for project success.
