Job summary

Colliers Global Occupier Services is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support large multinational clients. The role oversees internal construction activities, guides PMs, and ensures budgets align with procurement strategies, regional codes, and market conditions.

The candidate will develop cost estimates across project lifecycles, identify risks, and support value engineering with cost control measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related cost-influencing factors.
• Ability to critically review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Lead cost estimation for construction projects across regions.
• Identify significant cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from early to detailed design stages.
