Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client within our Enterprise Project Management service line. You will act as a subject matter expert for cost management across pre- and post‑contract phases, guiding project teams to realistic budgets and value engineering opportunities.

The role requires international construction experience, strong MS Office and BIM tools, and the ability to oversee budgets for various facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and cost management (pre- and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain cost management processes.
• Lead cost estimation for projects across global client portfolio.
• Define budgets based on project requirements, procurement strategy and contracts.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Support project managers with cost control and forecasting.
• Assist in value engineering, price and claim negotiations with contractors.
