Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to lead cost management for a multinational client. You will guide project managers and our real estate team in defining budgets, applying procurement strategies, and navigating regional codes and market conditions.

You will estimate costs across project life cycles, identify risks, and support value engineering and negotiations. International experience is preferred, with a remote work setup across US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Lead cost estimation for internal construction activities across the client portfolio.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts and reports.
• Support project managers with value engineering and negotiations.
• Collaborate with PMs to meet client growth targets.
