Job summary

Colliers Global Occupier Services is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client portfolio. You will develop cost estimates, manage budgets, and provide expert guidance across pre- and post-construction phases for industrial, manufacturing, R&D, and office facilities.

You will leverage BIM-based workflows, CostX, and RIB iTwo to optimize costs and schedules while partnering with PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• Knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Guide and support project managers in defining budgets based on project requirements and contracts.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures.
• Provide cost estimates from early to detailed project stages.
• Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budget and cash flow.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with contractors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers for project success.
