Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator for a multinational client within Enterprise Project Management. You will become a subject matter expert dedicated to the account, guiding PMs and real estate teams on cost planning.

The role requires 10+ years in cost estimating with industrial experience, proficiency in BIM, CostX, RIB iTWO, and strong MS Office skills. You will lead cost management, budgeting, value engineering, and cost negotiations to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of cost estimating and management experience (pre- and post-contract).
• Experience with industrial buildings and knowledge of cost drivers.
• International construction project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Provide budgets for construction projects based on requirements, procurement strategy, contract type, and codes.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates through all project life-cycle stages.
• Support cost control, forecasts, and reports to safeguard budget and cash-out.
• Assist PM with value engineering and negotiations with General Contractor.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager for overall project success and client targets.
