Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support our Enterprise Project Management service line for a multinational client. You will provide ongoing cost estimation and budgeting guidance to project managers and real estate teams, shaping cost plans from concept to detailed design.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost management processes, identifying cost risks, and supporting value engineering with the PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Cost Estimating and Management (pre-contract and post-contract) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed level across project life cycle.
• Evaluate cost control measures and review forecasts to safeguard budget.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with General Contractor.
• Collaborate with Project Manager for overall project success.
