Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational industrial and office client within our Enterprise Project Management practice. You will serve as a subject matter expert on cost management across pre- and post-contract activities.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, identifying cost risks, and guiding project teams on contract types and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of cost estimating and cost management experience.
• Experience with industrial buildings (manufacturing, R&D facilities, warehouses, offices).
• Knowledge of common contract types (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, cost-plus).
• International project experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BIM and cost databases.
• Familiar with cost estimation tools (RIB iTWO, CostX).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Support PMs and real estate team with budgets for construction projects.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates through all project stages from prelim to detailed.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts to safeguard budget.
• Leverage cost and time saving construction methods to keep on schedule.
• Assist in value engineering, price and claim negotiations with GCs.
• Collaborate closely with PM for project success and growth targets.
