Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational industrial and office client. You will provide cost estimates across project lifecycles, support PMs with budgets, and lead value engineering to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Prior international construction experience and BIM/cost-database proficiency are expected. Role is remote with various US locations; strong MS Office skills and knowledge of contract types are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation for industrial and office facilities.
• International experience on industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of contract types (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, cost plus, BTS-Lease).
• Proficiency with BIM and cost databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels for projects.
• Support Project Managers with budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Lead value engineering, price and claim negotiations with General Contractor.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks.
