Job summary

Acuity - PT&C, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. You will manage data, develop budgets, and coordinate with engineers and project teams to meet schedule goals.

The role requires CCP certification, 10+ years of experience, and up to 25% travel in a dynamic project environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Certification as CCP or equivalent (CCP-AACE, CEP-AACE, or CPE-ASPE).
• Knowledge of capital and services cost and scope change management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost data for projects, proposals and negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports.
• Coordinate data with Engineering and other sources to meet estimates.
• Maintain project schedules and team relationships.
• Support staff development and uphold company mission.
