Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to perform cost estimating, analysis and control activities, leading project teams and maintaining schedules and budgets. You will interact with discipline leads and engineers, guiding data-driven cost decisions in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes developing cost data for proposals, preparing reports, managing scope changes, and mentoring staff. Must have CCP certification and 10+ years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contracts.
• Prepare and coordinate cost reports and budgets.
• Assist with scope change management and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering to produce data for estimates.
• Lead project controls activities and support staff development.
