Job summary
Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities across complex projects. This role focuses on maintaining schedules, coordinating with discipline leaders and engineers, and providing technical direction to assigned staff while upholding the company's mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 10+ years' experience, CCP certification, and strong skills in cost data, scope change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- US citizenship required; CCP certification preferred.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with cost engineering software.
- Knowledge of capital cost, services cost, and scope change management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost recording and reporting standards.
- Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate cost reports and budgets per standards.
- Lead project team members and ensure schedule goals.
- Support professional development of staff.
