Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification required.
• Knowledge of cost recording, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to use multiple software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Coordinate data to conform to the estimate preparation plan.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports.
• Collect and classify cost engineering data.
• Analyze data and support project managers.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Project Manager / Supervisor / Manager.
