Job summary

Acuity International seeks a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis and control on complex projects. You will manage scope change, develop budgets, coordinate with engineers and discipline leads, and supervise staff to meet project goals. CCP certification and 10+ years in cost engineering are required, with US citizenship.

This role supports project controls and financial reporting in a dynamic environment. Work typically occurs in an office setting with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cost-related industry.
• Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or CCP-AACE/CEP-AACE/CPE-ASPE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manages scope change, defines discipline data for estimates.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates.
• Prepares budgets and coordinates cost reports.
• Collects and classifies cost data and performs analyses.
• Supports project manager and team in achieving goals.
