Goosehead Insurance seeks a proven Sales Manager to expand our corporate sales division. You will inspire, coach, and develop a high‑octane team to achieve monthly quotas and revenue goals, with potential progression to Managing Director or franchise ownership as you grow.

Lead multi‑channel sales efforts, guide Account Executives through the learning curve, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard new members while upholding integrity and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Preferably 3+ years of prior managerial experience.
• Preferably 8+ years of prior sales experience.
• Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment.
